ThatsKrispy is a family-run photography, video, and web design studio based in Miami, Florida. You can reach us at [email protected] or (305) 204-1940. This policy covers the website thatskrispy.com.
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, and message. We use it to reply to you and to plan the work you asked about. Nothing else on the site asks for personal information.
How your message reaches us
Contact form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website. If that delivery path is ever unavailable, the form falls back to FormSubmit, an email relay service, to make sure your message still reaches us. Your message is not stored in a database on this site. We keep the resulting emails as ordinary business correspondence.
Cookies
We set no advertising cookies and run no analytics trackers on this site. The only thing stored in your browser is your cookie choice itself, plus any accessibility preferences you set with the accessibility tool. Both live in your browser's local storage and never leave your device. You can change your choice any time using the panel.
Client galleries
Client photo galleries live at clients.thatskrispy.com, which is hosted by Pixieset. When you visit a gallery, Pixieset sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
Photographs of clients
The photographs shown on this site are our own work, published with the permission of the people in them or under the terms of the shoot agreement. If a photo of you appears here and you would like it taken down, email us and we will handle it promptly.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. The only parties that touch it are the service providers named above (Cloudflare, FormSubmit, and Pixieset), and only as needed to run the site and deliver your messages.
Your choices
Email us and we will tell you what we have from you, correct it, or delete it. There is no account to manage and no marketing list to unsubscribe from, because we do not run one.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Family and graduation shoots involving minors are always arranged through a parent or guardian.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
